Local Delivery Methods:

We provide free shipping on all local orders above HK$300 per seller. Orders underHK$ 300will be subjected to shipping free of HK$ 40.

Please Note that:

Due to storage limitation in S.F. Stores, parcel size is limited to Maximum Dimension: 70x40x32cm, Weight Limitation: 20kg or below. For details, please refer to SF Express Website. Oversized parcels will be redirected to the closest SF Service Centre and re-deliver to you upon request.

International Orders:

We deliver by S.F. Express. Generally, your package should arrive between 2 to 10 working days. LESS HK$ 40shipping fee if you purchases over HK$300. If you have any questions, please contact us for more details.

Changing Delivery Address:

You’ve just placed an order but realize you’ve made a mistake with your address. If it’s within the hour, please contact our customer service by e-mail immediately, and we might be able to tweak your order for you.

** If more than two hours have passed, chances are that your order might have already been packed and shipped. In that case, we will not be able to make any changes.
